Technical Review
Our audio engineers will review your request to determine if the file is corrupted or if there was an error in the product delivery process.
Exchange or Credit
If a technical fault is verified, we will provide a corrected download link or offer store credit of equal value to be used on any other Soul Chemist pack.
Final Resolution
Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and the original license agreement will be updated to reflect the new product.
